Running a session

When it's time for a session, you enter the client's room, wait for them to arrive, and admit them. Once you're both in, the shared tools are covered in In-session tools.

Entering the room

Open the client's room from the dashboard, or from within the room itself for an instant session.

Admitting your client

When your client arrives they wait to be let in. Admit them and the session goes live.

Reconnecting

If you drop out, you can rejoin the session and pick up where you left off.

Sessions without Pluto's video

Running your call on another platform, or sitting side by side in the clinic? A room works without Pluto's video too. Send a per-visit link (each link is fresh for that visit and stops working afterwards) and use the canvas, characters and activities exactly as you would in a full session.

Your quick room

For unplanned moments there's a quick room: your own personal canvas, opened in one click without scheduling anything. When the visit ends you can save the work to a client's file, and the room clears itself ready for next time.
