After a session

When you're finished, end the session from the room. If chat was used, you can get hold of a transcript afterwards, either automatically or on demand.

Ending the session

Choose to end the session from within the room once you and your client are done. This closes the session for everyone and marks it as complete on your dashboard.

Chat transcripts

If chat was used during the session, a text transcript is available afterwards from the Previous Sessions screen. With Always email me chat transcripts switched on in your session settings, it's also emailed to you automatically shortly after the session ends, so you don't have to remember to go and get it.

For privacy and data security reasons, chat transcripts are NOT persisted between sessions. We only keep them on our server for 24 hours after a session ends, after which they're permanently deleted, so download or forward anything you'd like to keep before then.
